The Body Ready Method is revolutionizing the birth world! At your assessment we will identify your specific body type and I will show you gentle and effective exercises that will bring ease to your pregnancy and prepare you for a smoother labor. Meet with me as much as you'd like, but I'd suggest once in your second trimester, once in your third, close to giving birth and once postpartum. $150 

If you've found me late in your pregnancy, don't worry. This Body Ready Method session will give you a crash course on the stages of labor and effective tools to use based on your specific body type. I'll also give you my best doula tips. $200 

Bring your birth plan or let's start from scratch. We'll go over how your body progresses in labor and then dive deep into your options throughout the process. Whether you are planning an unmedicated birth, induction, cesarean, or epidural, I can explain what to expect based on my experiences at local hospitals. I'll make sure we cover all the nuts and bolts but also ways to make the experience more meaningful. $200

Baby massage is a great way to bond with your baby, support good sleep, ease colic or tummy troubles, and is enjoyable for you and your baby. It's been shown to support baby's growth and social development. These two lessons are geared toward babies under one year and are available virtually or in-person with masks. Great for dads and other caregivers, too! You'll receive a baby massage instruction booklet and massage oil. $200
